- Chlorinated pools, saunas, steam rooms, and tanning beds for one month after the final session
- Intense sweating brought about by an intense workout
- Rinsing, scrubbing, and/or shampooing the treated area
5 to 7 days after the procedure (or until you return for a follow-up session), you need to avoid
- Scratching the scalp to remove scabbing
- Shampooing or exfoliating the treated area
- Using tanners and/or anything that can irritate the skin
